Rustic Cottage in a Wild Flower Meadow

Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

This 15th century chocolate box thatched cottage, with private Jacuzzi and sauna, is perfect for families, friends and couples exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. This stunning contemporary grade 2 listed cottage is part of the Serenity Cottages collection in Suffolk. We can arrange for a masseuse and personal chef to visit your luxury cottage, hire bicycles and pets are welcome for a supplement too. Coaching inn pub and walks: In village. The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Hay Barn, with its wonky beams and wood-burning stove, sits peacefully among acres of rolling farmland, moments from some of Suffolk’s most iconic sights, including Sutton Hoo - featured on Netflix’s The Dig. Wake to the splashing of wild mallards on the pond, pick juicy plums from the orchard, and set off on an adventure across the fields. Perfect for walking, cycling, exploring or simply hiding away.

Only 20 minute drive to the coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness and 15 minutes drive from the riverside town of Woodbridge. The Cottage is an ideal base to explore coast and countryside of Suffolk. Surrounded by footpaths and being directly on the National Cycle Route 1, makes Rookery Farm Cottage perfect for walkers, cyclists and beach lovers alike.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Toppesfield Wine Centre is a contemporary ‘Scandi-style villa’ with a large open plan lounge/dining area which has a giant picture window overlooking Toppesfield Vineyard and full height glass sliding doors looking out onto a beautiful garden/ private patio with a large outside dining table and a luxurious day bed. It has a luxury bedroom with superking bed, view over the vineyard, luxury bathroom, tennis court and 4 person jacuzzi (2nd bedroom available via Airbnb 4 person listing)

Bluebell Pod with wood fired hot tub

Set on an adult only rural glamping site, the pod is a clever use of space with great views to the outside. It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. The double bed is made up with luxurious bed linen with a dressing table, vanity mirror and wardrobe next to it. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

The Hare’s Retreat, Great location & dog heaven!

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.
