It is also in walking distance to the Rugby club & Hospital. If you like a property with character and the benefit of modern amenities then the cottage will be the perfect stay for you. Well equipped for couples, groups or families with open plan living, 3 bedrooms (over two floors) & two bathrooms (one en-suite). Parking for one car on drive.

Wolf House

Wolf House is a Victorian terraced house located within the heart of Bury st Edmund’s medieval grid, so very central. A short 5 minute walk to the town centre, the historic Abbey gardens and Angel hill, Theatre Royal (the last surviving regency playhouse in Britain), Greene King brewery plus a large selection of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Bury has a very good twice weekly market with regular makers and farmers markets every month. Some free parking can be found but not guaranteed.

Family holiday house near the beach

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends. At popular times booking is set to 5 night stays, if you need a shorter stay, please send me a message.

Kiln House, Snape Maltings

Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.

Suffolk Sanctuary next to the Sea

Spacious, elegant property less than 100 meters from the Beach/Promenade connecting Pakefield to Kirkley. You can't have a fun holiday without a decent sized garden (with seating) and BBQ facilities. Here you'll be spoilt both inside and out in the garden. The property is a short walk to the high street where you'll find lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and express super markets with a newsagent or two.
