Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. Enjoy miles of gravel biking from the door or go to Moosalamoo or Rochester for prime mountain biking trails. In the evening, sit on the deck under a blanket of stars and warm your toes by the fire.

The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.
