Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. This suite is walking distance to beaches, restaurants and pubs. Whether you enjoy hiking biking or walking by the lake it’s all out your back door to enjoy! Our quirky little 1 acre property is located in a quiet rural subdivision, across the historic red bridge. Your suite has two bedrooms with comfy beds, a small bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and is just over 700 sqft in size. Everyone who comes finds it to be a great escape from the city hustle. 5 minutes from Keremeos and Cawston (or a 20 minute bike ride along a car free path) 35 minutes to Penticton or Osoyoos and 40 minutes to Apex Ski Hill.

We are fully licensed and insured. We have taken extra care in cleaning to ensure your safety, to feel at home and relax in your private patio space over looking the lake. Step in to our bright level entry one bedroom suite. You have a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living areas with in suite laundry. There is optic/cable tv, you can access your Netflix, free Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water. Free on site parking. Pets welcome..

Quail Crossing-Summerland Guest House/Studio

This guest house features: a Queen Bed with duvet, flat screen TV, great free WIFI, Washer/Dryer in unit, walk in shower, 12x10 patio for your use with mountain views, AC, outdoor electric grill, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, and other small appliances. Please note that we do live on the property with our 3 young children; you may see or hear them outside. We also have chickens and a dog on the property. Short Term rental license #6148

We are located only a short 5 minute drive to some of the most stunning and exquisite wineries in the beautiful Okanagan. Downtown Kelowna is only a 10 minute drive to enjoy some amazing restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Please be aware, we do have young kids that live above the suite. You may hear some pitter patter that starts in the morning.
