The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

Relax, while enjoying the ammenities of home but having the elbow room of an entire house. We offer free WiFi, a library/game room (complete with books, games and puzzles) full sized washer/dryer, community pool in the summer months, backyard BBQ and more. We're set up to easily host 2 family's or a larger group.

Due to allergies, we don't permit pets of any size or kind. This listing is for the main house only, the detached guest house is a separate rental. 3/26- There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.

We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
