The City of Winter Park has trains going through the town, which adds to the charm. We love pets/dogs! 2 or more dogs require extra $10 per dog one-time cleaning fee.

This tiny home sits on a hill up above the other properties and has a private patio with spectacular views.

This is one half of a duplex that was recently renovated. It has 2 levels with the main living area, kitchen, dining and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is another living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer). Our kitchen is fully equipped so that you could cook meals. The living areas have large TVs and board games. We have 3 desks available if you need to work or study. There is a gas BBQ and a private hot tub in the back yard.
