This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

The land was occupied during the civil war by Union soldiers and has an area that is considered “The Fort”, although no structure exists.

This centrally located home(20 minutes to downtown/broadway and 15 to the airport) is in a deep water cove on Old Hickory Lake. We allow up to two pets under 40lbs each for a one time $189 pet fee.
