This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax & unwind. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy watching the birds & the water or enjoy the front porch rockers where you can listen to the birds & frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

Within walking distance of the famous Swan Lake & a short drive to Shaw AFB & Prisma Health Toumey as well as multiple downtown restaurants, bars & shopping. This place is special for many reasons but the fenced in yard, front porch and swing is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine with a pet. There is one comfortable twin bed and 1 twin air mattress, perfect for short stays for 2.
