This updated condo gives you immediate access to the ski hill 300 ft to the chairlifts, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy expansive views of Sunburst chairlift, Tod Mountain, platter and magic carpet runs. Watch skiing, horse drawn carriages and the buzz of the village right from your window. Our bright and private lower suite is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. We have full kitchen facilities, wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a pullout couch. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is exceptional, the second room offers a firmer queen bed for more fit folks. Our suite has 20 to 30min access to shopping in Kamloops or world-class, skiing and biking, thirty min up the hill. We got a small-town vibe in the burbs where you turn to go up to the Peaks.

This impeccable, near new, entry level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, "Peaks West" mountain home offers spacious and gracious accommodation for you and your family to enjoy while accessing all that Sun Peaks resort offers. Located a very short distance from The Burfield chairlift you can head out in the morning, ski/board all day on Canada's second largest alpine playground then ski home and soak in your own private hot tub while enjoying the view of Mt.
