Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Velkommen til et ekte tømmerhus, som er bygget etter mange hundre år gamle byggeskikker i Norge. Huset har moderne fasiliteter på en flate. Du får deilig sengetøy, masse puter og mange myke håndklær. Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Bergen ligger kun 25 minutter unna. Det er 5 senger og en sovesofa i huset. En opplevelse!

Rorbu på vestsiden av Bømlo med kort avstand til de over tusen holmer og skjær. Vestvent på solrik tomt ved sjøkanten. Høy standard, kjøkken i begge etasjer, to soverom og åpen hems med dobbelseng. Kort avstand til fine naturopplevelser samt kultur. 6 min kjøretur til sentrum. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Enkelt fiskeutstyr og gassgrill er tilgjengelig. Mulighet for leie av båt (Hansvik 16 fot med 2022 mod. 9,9 hk Suzuki påhengsmotor) og 2 kajakker. Utleie må avklares på forhånd.

Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

Det er et åpent rom med bad og hems/soverom. Huset er del av et tun med skjermet uteplass.
