The main villa features LR/DR/kitchen combo, a large screened porch, master BR, bath and laundry. The mini suite offers BR, bath and efficiency kitchen. Relax, rest and recharge while enjoying the view and sounds of nature from the screened deck. Sunset Beach at its best!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

Just minutes away from the Sunset Beach, Calabash (the seafood capital of the world) and Ocean Isle Beach. Businesses are locally owned. You can be a beach bum, golf, deep sea fish, shop, or seek adventure zip lining or renting an ATV. This condo is fully furnished and equipped with mostly anything you need. This unit is located on the 3rd floor unit.

The Activity Center across from the condo has a great pool with an attached restaurant. Guest have access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. We are 10 minutes from Calabash which has some great restaurants and 20 Minutes form North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities. .
