Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights. Remodeled 500 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, efficiency apartment that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes to the new Allegiant Stadium. Well established neighborhood where many of the homes are on an acre. The apartment is within a private secured 1-acre compound. The private entrance faces our new pool and spa. Although the apartment is attached to the main house the service entrance separating the the two can be locked and secured from either side.

Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
