Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Fully fenced backyard that leads to a beach on the lake. The clean lake is the community's source of drinking water and does not allow motorized boats, it's great for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Loons are spotted on the lake all the time and often you'll see bald eagles, and deer, as well as numerous other kinds of wildlife. There are hiking trails near by and the ocean and a marina are a 20 minute walk. Tesla charger also.

You will feel at home the moment you walk in, kicking off your shoes and head down to your own private dock or relaxing with a good book on the deck. We have a Canoe and Paddleboard to use at your own risk. *We love children but have some areas that can be unsafe for young children or people with mobility issues. We will have signs up showing areas of risk

Walking distance to Hotel Lake with floating docks and easy entry points for kayaking. A short drive away to Katherine Lake, Garden Bay Lake and Ruby Lake, as well as Pender Harbour Golf Course, and Mount Daniel - an excellent hiking spot with breathtaking views.
