This property on Kelly Lake has been in the family for generations, and just shifted into our possession recently. We've spruced up the house, and will continue to make improvements, but it's more than ready for renters! This property is 38 acres on 810 feet of frontage. You'll be renting the house, but you'll also see there's a small cabin and barn that are both in the process of being restored. A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.
