Bring your family and friends to this lakeshore home on 2 wooded acres. Swimming, sailboat, canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat available for use on quiet lake with screened gazebo at shoreline. Large open family room with fireplace, kitchen, dining, sunroom. Complete kitchen including dishes, silverware, wine glasses, blender, coffee grinder, dishwasher. Large deck with table, chairs and gas grill. Upper level game room with ping pong, darts, Wii video games, pinball. Fun for everyone!

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Here you will have immediate access to ATV and snowmobile routes, fishing on a private lake, and trails for hiking or hunting. Also conveniently located approximately 15 minutes out side of Superior Wisconsin where you will have access to any needs or amenities along with more sites to see!

Close to tourist areas such as Duluth, Bayfield, Ashland and more. This cabin is the perfect get away. The Brule river is only 8 miles away and can make for the perfect day trip in a kayak or canoe. This cabin comfortably fits 2-4 people! You can enjoy the outdoors at the fire pit or the 3 season porch that gives you the perfect indoor/outdoor feeling!

Upon your arrival to Buffalo Valley you will receive a warm welcome with an escort to your house by the host, in the beautiful north woods. At check in you will receive a key to the cabin. (Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. You will love how remote you are, yet so close to town. Enjoy the fire pit and sauna in the comforts of the wilderness!
