IN PASEO DEL PRADO AREA, UNESCO´S WORLD HERITAGE SITE- Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment for peace and tranquility. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

El loft cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio con vestidor modo suite, con una ventana que llena de luz el espacio. Totalmente equipado y funcional. El salón comedor es muy amplio, cuenta con un sofá cama, tipo chaislelongue. Tiene un baño totalmente equipado. Cuarto de colada. Un espacio independiente para Office. Y el acceso a la vivienda es independiente.

Monopoly loft en el centro de Madrid

Nos encontramos en la Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 en pleno Centro de Madrid, a dos minutos del metro de la Latina, en esta calle ponen El Rastro todos los domingos, el apartamentos cuenta con habitación independiente, un baño completo y un espacio de salón con cocina Americana. El apartamento es superluminoso ya que tiene mucha luz natural tanto en salón como en la habitación. El apartamento cuenta con Wifi y Smart TV y todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda y agradable.

Loft tranquilo, con encanto en el centro de Madrid

Mi escondite, es un loft tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, está muy bien diseñado y es muy còmodo.Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Está muy céntrico con supemercado abierto 24 horas y un mercado a 20 metros con restaurantes y sitios de tapas. Si es domingo podèis ir andando al rastro, que es espectacular, andando a museos, parque del retiro, estación de Atocha y metro a 20m. Totalmente desifectado tras cada salida. OS ESPERAMOS
