The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.

Boasting farm views and ocean sounds that will have you feeling away from it all in no time! When you get back from a surf or swim at the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower and BBQ on the deck. The studio is extremely well insulated making it cosy in winter and cool in summer.
