Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.
