Spacious new house with astonishing view in the center of Vancouver west, located in Kitsilano, 20 minutes walking to the seashore beach and to the Pacific Spirit Park. The 2 rooms are in the 2nd floor and each room has a private bathroom. Room Flower: a queen size bed with ocean view; Room Butterfly: a queen size bed with lots of sunshine. The sharing living area, dining area and kitchenette are in the main floor. BBQ's in the backyard.

Smoking is allowed outside only in the beautiful fully fenced yard.
