Lodge Farm Country Residence

Lodge Farm is set in the rural countryside of West Sussex and steeped in history. Originally used by the Duke of Norfolk as a hunting lodge, the main house dates back to the 1500s. Our little cottage is a rare escape to the natural beauty of the true English countryside. Located next to the duck pond, its a serene and tranquil place where the only alarm is the sound of the cockerel. The cottage has it's own kitchenette and bathroom and is the cosiest of our places to settle in for the night.

NO PARTY/EVENTS. Family/kid friendly, Attached to our home, gated property, Surrey Hills Spa & Pool, private, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an outside hot tub & tennis court. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage The 2 floor cottage has recently been fully renovated and you will find it to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. Our family home is very close by if you need us

Little Stables

Little Stables is a unique, luxurious stable conversion, in the heart of the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Nestled in nature, Little Stables is the perfect countryside retreat, yet close to great road links to both London and the South coast. We have ample parking, electric car charger, hot tub, push bikes, electric bicycles and a selection of garden games, which are available to our guests on request - please advise us at time of booking.

The Luxury Cottage – Surrey Countryside Retreat

The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct). Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.
