Come Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s a great spot for a girls or couples weekend !!! Enjoy a big yard, newly built pond and a hot tub!! You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

Windcrest Country Home

Enjoy some time away in a renovated country farmhouse situated on 100 acres of farmland that raises Black Angus cattle. Located 3 miles outside of Susquehanna, PA we have ponds for fishing, swimming, and boating so bring your suits and fishing poles. We are surrounded by woods that have beautiful color in the fall. If you are a skier, Elk Mountain is only a short 25 minutes away. Any season is a relaxing time. After a peaceful day, end your night with a cookout and sitting around the fire pit.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Here you can relax with the whole family or it’s a perfect getaway for 2. From Spring to early winter we’ll have mini goats and free range rabbits & chickens. The creek is perfect for tubing on a hot summer day.Have a picnic in the trees next to the water.Just a mile away is an ice cream/petting zoo and greenhouse with amish gifts. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
