We are a working farm with horses, donkeys, llamas, goats, sheep, peacocks, chickens, ducks, honey bees, cats and dogs. We have trailer parking. Nature trail through our woods with a stream. Tour farm to meet the farm animals, tour the innkeeper's art on the property. Walk through our woods along our stream. Nearby Knoebel's Amusement Park, AOActivities Area, Bloomsburg Fairgrounds and Bloomsburg University, Weiser State Forest nearby and reservoir for kayaking. There is a 2 night minimum stay.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. If you are feeling adventurous you can bike on the local rails to trails or hike the nearby Appalachian Trail. And you are getting away to relax, right ? This is a delightful property for lounging... with twin swings on the deck and a hammock in the yard. End your day unwinding on the dock as you watch the sun set.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.

Gruber Homestead Settler's Cabin

The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.
