The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. In our case, Morticia Addams is known as Jane West, and she was the inspiration for our first weekend home.

Enjoy staying in a completely updated, historic one room schoolhouse less than two miles from Ricketts Glen State park. Upstairs are two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Downstairs features an open space with a full kitchen, queen murphy bed, living space, full bathroom, mudroom, and chalkboard.
