Doggie Suite - Mansion Farm Inn

This room is available for Minimum of 2 nights and is Dog Friendly. The Doggie Suite has a full kitchen, there is a breakfast option for a small fee to have breakfast in the main house. The Doggie Suite is located in the back of the property in a newly renovated barn. The Doggie Suite is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need for your stay whether it's two nights or a week. The Larger Apartment has its own separate bathroom with a shower off the bedroom. Furnished with a Smart Tv with premium channels, pull out Queen sofa, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and even a dishwasher. All you need to bring is your beach needs. We have a brand new Saltwater pool and gardens for you to enjoy when you get tired of the beach. You have a large deck with yard for your Dog to run around

The Homestead B&B - Garden Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located on the first floor of the Main House and features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and French doors that lead out to the wrap-a-round screened in porch. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

The Homestead B&B - Cottage

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Cottage is detached from the Main House and features a king size bed, kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fenced in back yard/patio with a gas grill. A full American breakfast is served each morning in the Main House. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

1st floor 2 guest rooms, shared full bath

Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is the largest of our guest rooms and is located on the second floor of the Main House. It features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and vaulted ceilings. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

Room 35 at Rehoboth Guest House Bed and Breakfast

located on the 3rd Floor, this room features a King Bed, armoire for hanging clothes, 32” TV, alarm clock radio, hair dryer, room safe, Private Bathroom, hair dryer and a luggage rack. Your stay includes a complimentary breakfast, including fresh fruits and a variety of continental foods with vegan and gluten free options. During the day after the kitchen closes, the guest kitchenette is accessible. It has a microwave, ice machine, plates, wine glasses and silverware and coffee.

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located in the rear of our Carriage House on the first floor. It has a private entrance and a small patio facing our fruit trees. A full American breakfast is served each morning. The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.
