It is a small unit that is perfect to return to after a day at the beach, with an outdoor shower to rinse off your boards if needed Hill tops golf course hole 5 is just over the back fence There are plenty of lovely walks nearby and Mollymook golf club is just 300mtrs flat path walk for those who may be attending receptions there. The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach.
