Situated across from the Limestone Way and a 100 yards from Bradford Dale, there are an abundance of beautiful walks direct on your doorstep. There are 3 pubs in the village which are within 10 minutes walk from the house, all serving delicious home cooked food and selections of local ales. The village also boasts a well stocked village shop, tearooms, bakery and post office.

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 2 cars or 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.
