Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. The restroom and showers are Close by. You have a fire pit that is a grill and table and chairs just out front. You might want to grab some wood and match light charcoal makes cooking on the grill easier. You are welcome to pet the horses and goats. Louie the dog is friendly too.

Unwind on the shores of Historic Suwannee River. Located near Fanning Springs where you can launch your boat. The property hosts two - 2 person kayaks with access to the river on property. Grill on the camp style grill and sit around the fire pit in the evening. A perfect place to get away from it all.
