The terrace faces south and in calm nice weather it is great to have a nice evening with barbeque grill or lying in the hot tub watching the stars or at winter time watching the amazing northern lights. Great hiking paths are in the area and lots of Icelandic horse realated activities are all around.We are located between Hveragerði and Selfoss (5km from Hveragerði and 10km from Selfoss). Spacious (89 m2) apartment located inside a horse stable of 36 horses. There is a lot of horses on the property, Hólaborg is a breeding farm. We have our own lake at the property, we really recommend you to take a walk down there to observe the horses and the unique bird life. The farm is located 73 km from Reykjavík, our location is perfect for exploring the south of Iceland and the Golden Circle as well as spotting the northern lights. The beautiful light house &the beach is only 1 km away.

The house is 25 square meters. standing absolutely alone on a one hectares plot of land. Small football field, trampoline and balcony. No one will disturb you, unless maybe sounds from the birds all around or the horses on next plot. The house is cozy and warm. Keep in mind that the main bed is 120cm wide.
