This 4 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome is nestled in the heart of Swan Valley, Idaho. What brings people to Swan Valley are the many outdoor recreational activities. The South Fork of the Snake River is recognized as the west’s premier dry fly river. Palisades Reservoir offers water skiing, pleasure boating & fishing. There are countless miles of Forest Service trails for the outdoorsman and miles of downhill ski slopes at nearby Targhee and Jackson Hole Ski Resorts.

The South Fork begins as it flows out of 20 mile long Palisades Reservoir in the community of Swan Valley, forming a 64-mile stretch of legendary tail-water fly-fishing. The South Fork is also a beautiful river for flat water rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Great hunting as well as snowmobiling and don't forget sight seeing! Please no smoking and no animals whatsoever.

Location-Solitude-Summer playground: We are located within 2 miles of Southfork of the snake river. Huskeys boat launch is less than 1 mile away. Palisades resevoir is a short drive away. Calamity boat launch is 10 miles from our home. We have many local hiking trails and recreational activities here in Irwin, ID. Grand Teton National Park is 70 miles away and Yellowston National Park is 118 miles away from our home.
