Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

My house is located within the vacation resort community of Spinnaker's Reach in Emerald Isle, NC and is close to the beach and community pool. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the views, the beach, but most of all because of the location, location, location! My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
