The grounds span 5.5 acres, including 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and 4 acres of fields complete with two ponies. It is ideally located within walking distance of the open national park and a short drive from the coastline and the many pretty villages.

Bustling with shops, restaurants, cafes, and a museum. Saturdays we have a fabulous, large street market. At the bottom of town are the cobbles and Quay, a popular place to visit and enjoy locally made ice creams, tea, coffee, or the local wine bars, beautiful walks, and marinas. Just a few minutes walk to the ferry or train.

At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom and downstairs is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory and small enclosed private garden that can be securely locked, It's a short drive or twenty minutes walk from the centre of Lymington, the walk is fairly flat but bear in mind the high street is on a hill.
