Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach and the New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Also full use of the field directly opposite the annex

The Studio; self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Arnewood Rise is a luxury period property located in the heart of the New Forest. It is the perfect holiday home for big groups of all ages and fully equipped for fun times indoors and out. Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

Our Shepherds Hut is situated on our 25 acre farm. It’s located in a secluded spot at the bottom of our garden near to the apple and oak trees. There is plenty of wildlife to see. Watch the sun and moon rise from the windows of our hut. Enjoy the raised decking, with the amazing wood fired large hot tub with hydromassager and led lights. Comfy rattan furniture for lazy days in the sun, and fire pit for toasting Marsh mellows, and enjoying the lovely surroundings and country side views

Captains Retreat is a self contained, luxury one bedroom cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays down the entire high street. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina.
