The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Latton is a small village on the edge of the Cotswolds and only a 15 minute drive away from the vibrant market town of Cirencester. The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.

A private, bright and airy Annexe attached to our home, which is suitable for 2/3 adults or children. The Sty is in the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The A419, A420, and M4 are all within easy driving distance. You can be in the town centre or The Designer Outlet in 10 minutes, Cirencester in 15 minutes, Lechlade and Fairford (ideal for the Air Show) in 20 minutes. And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.
