Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Situata in una posizione tranquilla vicino al paesino di Cavagnago (1020 m s.l.m.), questa tipica cascina della valle Leventina offre una vista mozzafiato sulle maestose montagne che la circondano. La cascina, luogo ideale per trascorrere un rilassante soggiorno immersi nella quiete della natura alpina, è un'ottima base per praticare bouldering a Chironico, a Cresciano e scalata a Sobrio, oltre che un perfetto punto di partenza per stupende escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e sport invernali.

Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Das rund 400 Jahre alte Bauernhaus, das auf knapp 700 m.ü. Meer liegt, wurde 2019 Teilrenoviert. Dabei wurde gekonnt die rustikale Basis mit modernen Elementen kombiniert. Das Haus ist optimal für den Familienurlaub bis 6 Personen eingerichtet. Natürlich sind auch Gruppen, Paare und Einzelpersonen herzlich willkommen. Das Haus besticht mit einem grosszügigen Umschwung welcher sehr naturnah gehalten wird. Für Kinder sind im und ums Haus diverse Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
