A recently renovated stonebuild ground floor 50 sq/m villa which includes a seaview terrace, in the village of Pedi, 8 minutes from the center of Symi. Ideal place for relaxing holidays by the sea. The distance from the sea is 5 metres, from the bus stop 30 metres and in 100 metres you will find mini market, restaurants etc. Also, the villa is accessible by people with disabilities.

The house is located in pedi, the second biggest gulf of symi. From pedi there is easy access to the private beaches of St. Nicolas, St. George, St. Marina and St. Panteleimon. There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.

Villa Petino is a traditional house with a magnificent sea view in the gulf of Symi. It is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Symi in a quite area. The house is suitable for families and it is provided with all necessery equipment for luxurious vacations.

The Anoi is one large apartment of eighty square meters with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a living-room with a double sleeper-couch and a full bathroom.The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom two single.
