The bottom level is totally private with your own entry. The top level is separate with private bedrooms and a nice sitting area which can be used for extra guest or a separate booking. Table rock lake is at the back doors for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. Enjoy the peace on our 2 large decks. I will cook German on req.

Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 mowed acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

The Echota Suite is beautifully appointed, featuring a vaulted wood ceiling with large support beams, mood lighting, original art ,and beautiful large water vessels from Greece. The bed is Queen. A large in room jetted tub , TV, mircowave, small bar refrigerator, coffeemaker, and ice machine are there for your comfort. In the bath, an extra large walk in shower . The outside deck has sitting area, grill and fire pit are on the landscaped lawn. Enjoy hiking trails and beautiful views.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.

The 1,500 sq. ft. of themed rooms in the downstairs area of the main home and the hosts live upstairs.
