A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.

Our child friendly rural retreat has plenty of room to roam, relax and play! Just a few minutes from Tabua town you can access shops, restaurants and facilities with ease. The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.
