Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.

Four-bed Casa do Mondego is one of three properties available to rent at Quinta da Rabaçal, a serene complex of three idyllic vacation cottages. Taking its name from the river which runs past the site, Casa do Mondego is the largest of the cottages.

Encontro no Rio (Encounter on the River) is located on a headland directly on the Rio Mondego. In the middle of the quiet, almost untouched nature you can enjoy your holiday in one of our three uniquely designed flats. In summer, our pool or the river (direct access) offer wonderful refreshment. In the evening you can relax in our snack bar and let us spoil you with delicious food and drinks on request. Featuring an above ground pool, private courtyard and a 42-jet hydromassage hot tub spa, CASA CURRAL do Porco is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. “CASA CURRAL do Porco” translates from Portuguese into English as “Pig Barn”. The property was originally listed as an agricultural building and converted into a guest annex. It has now been beautifully renovated to provide spacious 1-bedroom self-catering accommodation.
