Private entrance and deck with outdoor seating allow you to enjoy nature as deer roam through the garden and birds dart around the trees.

You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

With such a great location and easy access to Hwy 16, you are about 45 minutes to downtown Seattle, 35 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and within 5 miles of downtown Tacoma, Ruston Way, Chambers Bay GC and the Tacoma Hospitals.

You’ll be in a quiet, safe (always be alert) old residential neighborhood. Walking distance to some great local hangouts and a convenience store. Just under 1 mile to Tacoma Dome, short drive/bus to Downtown & Point Defiance, easy access to freeway.
