This completely updated home is bright and warm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up and coming 6th Avenue neighborhood. The 1892 Victorian home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Downtown, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is within walking distance of most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM, and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier<2 hours away.
