עיצוב חדשני ומודרני בדירת גן מקסימה בפרויקט בשדרה מרחק של 3 דק מהמרכז צמוד למסעדת קאסה דה ברזיל ומלון נובה. מתחם אירוח מושלם לזוג או למשפחה חופשה לצורך צלילה או סתם לקחת אוויר בעיר הכי דרומית בארץ. מגיל 18 פלוס לא מקבלים הזמנות מתחת לגיל זה. כמובן ניתן לארח עד 4 מבוגרים או משפחה 2 מבוגרים ושני ילדים אפשרי גם שלושה. 2 מזרונים נוספים מאוחסנים תחת המיטה . לחגוג אירוע מיוחד או סתם חופשה מפנקת ומרגיעה ממש כמו בצימר בפרטי עם ג'קוזי מחומם בחצר. במיוחד בימים אלה לצורך ביטחון קיים ממד קומתי צמוד לדירה.

Everything inside is brand new, very clean. seperate entrance and private parking space, 5 min' walk to a supermarket. part view to the beach from the yard, 1 min from amazing desert wadi that watch the red sea. only 4 minutes by car from the north beach and 11 minutes from the south beach(beautiful reef). :)
