Set on 2.5 peaceful bushland acres, our beautifully appointed tiny house offers a spacious and comfortable escape, measuring 9 metres by 3 metres—substantially larger than many traditional tiny houses. The Brigade - A Timeless Retreat

Step into history at The Brigade, recently restored to showcase the grandeur of the Gold Rush era. Built in the 1870s as ‘The Fire Brigade Hotel’ to serve miners, it fell into disrepair and remained vacant since the 1970s. In late 2021, father & son Shaun and Ethan began extensive restoration works, completing it in early 2025. Now ready to be enjoyed once more, we have hand crafted your stay to the finest detail. Cozy, charming, and perfectly located, The Brigade promises a memorable trip.

Peaceful and tranquil the birds sing in the morning. At night watch the sun set over Mount Beckworth while having a wine on the deck. Clunes hosts many annual events including Booktown (International) in May each year. Our cafes, hotel and local shops are brimming with signs of welcome. So why not come and see for yourself!

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Aminya Cottage surrounded by forest

Aminya is nestled between the Paddys Ranges State Park and Daily Hill Forest. Located in the Golden Triangle, in the geographical centre of Victoria it is aptly named after a first nation word for quiet. Aminya is a place to relax, unwind and recharge and there's a whole lot to do here too - fossicking and detecting, walking, cycling, biking, swimming and fishing. Those into degustational delights will enjoy the local wineries, fine dining and farmers markets.

Daylesford Spa Haven

This unique place has a style all its own. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free standing bath, large light filled kitchen and dining area, this property is perfect for hosting family and friends. There are two separate lounge areas, one with a cozy wood fire and TV, and the other with a reading area. The landscaped gardens and multi-level decks, feature outdoor dining and a 10 person outdoor spa, with views over the oak trees and valley.

Monaukai Cottage - breakfast included

Monaukai Cottage is set within the grounds of Monaukai Estate a small farm on the outskirts of Majorca, Victoria. Surrounded by native planting you’ll enjoy the local wildlife and views to Paddy’s Ranges from the front veranda. Bush walking and fishing spots are nearby as well as wineries and small towns rich in Gold Mining history. Monaukai Cottage is a peaceful escape to nature only two hours from Melbourne.
