Eclectic Midtown home by Whole Foods near I-10

An eclectic home away from home. Diverse ideas and style from a broad range of sources and millennia. If you thrive on creativity, diversity and a bit of thought provoking conversation , you may love this house. This is not the Holiday Inn. Expect the unexpected. Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

Canopy Road Cottage (4.5 miles 10 mins to Capitol)

This home is a rural but in town retreat and is fully equipped with all the amenities. It is cute and quaint and is believed to be a part of the Old Spanish Trail that linked St. Augustine, FL and San Diego, CA. Route 90 provided Jazz Age motorists easy access to the towns strung along the interior of northwest Florida and beyond. Contemporary travelers tracing this historic tourist road can still experience the same small town charms and breathtaking sites.

Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/commercial food prep allowed from this unit, as it will overwhelm the space. No violations tolerated.
