This accommodation is perfect for guests who appreciate the comforts of home and a peaceful, quiet environment, while still wanting to stay close to the city center. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or heavy alcohol consumption. The home is located in a private residential area (village)

A unique, family-friendly two bedroom house with a kitchen-living room, fireplace, sauna and outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. On the second floor, there are two separate bedrooms that can sleep up to five people. The house is surrounded by a large berry garden which guests are free to enjoy if they're in season. There is a fireplace corner and the possibility of grilling outside. All Tallinn's sandy beaches are a short drive/bus away. Free parking in the yard, free Wifi. Welcome!

Sul on võimalus tulla puhkama kunagise Mutti suvemõisa teenijatemajasse. Olen suure hoole ja armastusega ise kogu maja renoveerinud, rentida saab majaosa (80m2 ja 4 magamiskohta). Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda. Meil on mõnusalt vaikne ja rahulik elamupiirkond. Maja taga on terviserada ja looduspark. Mereni jõuad 10 minutilise jalutuskäiguga. Majutuskoha lähedal on toidupoed, restoranid, kaubanduskeskused. Linn, loomaaed, spad asuvad mugavalt lähedal.

A cozy guest apartment in Viimsi, Randvere village. Located on the second floor of a private house with a separate entrance – complete privacy guaranteed. Free parking in front of the house. Situated on a quiet dead-end street near Randvere School, a local grocery store (300 m), beautiful forest trails, and the seaside (1 km). Good public transport connection to Tallinn city center. Perfect for a peaceful nature getaway, yet close to the city.

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Peod on keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€ päev). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€ päev). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

Asume linna serval, kaugel linnakärast, samas 20-minuti autosõidu kaugusel Vanalinnast.
