Bondi Beach - Couple's Escape

The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

It's a renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. Your front entry leads into a spacious, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchenette, TV & comfy couch + reading nook. The bedroom features a top quality mattress.
