Verdant Heritage Bungalow (Entire Upper Floor)

Step back in time at Verdant Heritage Bungalow. This charming colonial bungalow sits in the heart of Fort Kochi. You'll have the entire, private upper floor to yourself, complete with a luxurious master bedroom with AC, a cool spare bedroom (also with AC), and a breezy balcony. If the lone bathroom is insufficient, feel free to use the ground floor bath room. Explore all the nearby sights on foot as they are just a stroll away. We don't live here but just a quick 15-minute call away.

G Homestay

The rent depends on the number of guests, children and pets. A one-bedroom guest house with kitchenette that can accommodate three adults and other guest rooms in the same complex are available upon request on the first floor of an adjacent building. An additional bedroom will be provided if guests are more than or equal to 9 people. A maximum of three adults can be accommodated in each of the three bedrooms. For early check-in before 12 noon, half of the total rent paid will be charged.

The Wooden Cottage at Kookal Eco Farms

Kookal is a beautiful and quaint drive away from Kodaikanal, the Princess of Hills, 15 kms after Poomparai. If you are able to overcome the temptation of stopping by at the charming spots that dot the route, you can cover this distance of 32 km in a little over an hour from Kodaikanal. It is a perfect destination for those on the lookout for offbeat places to stay. Our cottage is located in a 5 acre property, facing the Shola forests and has an excellent view of the Kookal lake.

Our coral house is nested within greenery in the Ernakulam city, away from its hustle and bustle.. with 03 bedrooms (02 Ac and 01 non Ac ) … Close to nature with a garden, aquaponic and pets.. Coral house is near Deshabhimani road ..just 4 kms from Lulumall and 2 kms from the nearest metro station (JLN stadium) . If you are looking for a peaceful space within the city limits, our coral house may be the choice. We live next door and in case you need anything we are there ..

Fernhill Cottage

Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
