Walk along the sea to get to the old Medina or just hop in a little blue taxi. Close to City Center mall, restaurants and the train station. Very easy to get around. Very clean, attractively decorated, comfortable bed and lots of comfy seating. The apartment is 60 m2 plus balcony. Fast fiber optic internet.
