The White Cottage

A quaint traditional period home set at the edge of a 100 acre farm. Although it is one of 3 homes on the property it still very much retains its unique quiet country feel. You’ll love the cottage because of its outdoor views down the valley, neighboring farmlets & dairy farms. It has extensive outdoor space being adjacent to the local forest park. My place is good for couples, small families. Being a hobby farm there is stock on the property which can be easily viewed from the cottage.

Tongariro River House

Tastefully renovated fully equipt house and new sleepout. Fully insulated with double glazed windows. Large bathroom, gas hot water and large kitchen/dining/family room opening onto a large deck for alfresco living. Warm and cosy in winter (heatpump), shade in summer with large flat section of lawn, garden and trees. Very close to river within walking distance across the bridge to Turangi shops. Carport attached to house for dry access. Quiet street adjacent to the Tongariro River and park

FLAT HILLS FAMILY POD 1

Set in the grounds of Flat Hills Cafe in the scenic Rangitikei Valley. This Pod can accomodate up to 4 people. The shower & toilet block is close as well as a modern campers lounge with kitchen, 50inch tv, book and toy corner. Each Pod has its own TV, fridge plus tea & coffee making facilities. There is a BBQ to use on those finer evenings & free Wifi in the cafe grounds. For families we have a play area with bouncy castle, farm animals & even a maze!! **CAFE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS**

"The End of the Road"

The bach is well equipped, but GUESTS MUST SUPPLY OWN LINEN (sheets, pillow slips & towels), and CLEAN it before leaving. It is a fisherman's bach at the end of a quiet street. Lake Taupo is a 10 minute walk and the Tauranga Taupo River nearby. We have plenty of duvets and blankets. NO WIFI. If you are unable to clean the house before you leave or supply your own linen it's better if you find a motel or hotel nearby. We keep the price lower by not having a cleaning fee.

Chalet With Character

# Cosy, Modern Chalet (The middle of 3 attached units) Sleeps 5 max. Linen (sheets & towels) are supplied for bookings for up to two people additional cost of $20pp for 2/3 additional people. Very comfortable & relaxing, option to hang bikes securely out back. Alpine decor chalet that is located Junction area walking distance to the local night life (powerkeg/kings & some great cafes. This chalet is well furnished & has everything you need for a winter or summer stay.

Our treasure cottage retreat at the lake.

Located in a quiet grove, our home has a modern open plan living area which flows out to a large outdoor living area, featuring a private back yard with all day sun. Within walking distance there is a large lakefront reserve, cafe, tennis courts, kids playground and bush walks to explore. The general store is a 5 minute drive and 2 boat ramps just a minute away. Perfect base for Whakapapa ski field, Tongariro crossing and various mountain biking or walking tracks.

Rainbows End Cottage

A cute, clean and cosy cottage in a peaceful and secluded native bush setting. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi. Linen and bedding is provided. Spa is only available May 1st to September 30th. Please send an enquiry regarding pets prior to sending a booking request.

Our retro family holiday home is available for you to rent. Whether you are a large group or a couple this place will rock your socks! 4 Bedrooms (5 beds). Only 5 minutes walk to one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world. 30 minutes to Mt Ruapehu, Whakapapa Ski area, and Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Close to everything, including Taupō. Enjoy bbq on deck or winter wood fires. Great base for Tongariro Alpine Crossing and ideal for groups of anglers.

Well equipped modern kitchen with oven, ceramic cooktop, 2 fridges, microwave and coffee machine. 2 bathrooms - both with showers and one with a bath; 2 toilets. Linen provided. Super warm and cosy fireplace that keeps the house toasty. Additional oil heaters in each sleeping area. Separate drying area for your ski gear.
