Matai 34 - Great Ski Chalet

The chalet has three generous bedrooms, functional kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 8 people and comfortable lounge with large windows to soak up the all day sun. Great for families. High quality linen, towels and WIFI provided. Bedrooms are as follows - Queen sized bed (downstairs - Bedroom 1) - Double bed & King single bed (upstairs - Bedroom 2) - Queen sized bed + two singles (upstairs - Bedroom 3) The large deck is great for entertaining and enjoying views of Mt Ruapehu.

Tau Studio - Boutique Accommodation

Tau Studio is a boutique style chalet with a modern stylish decor and a hint of luxury. Everything is provided including top quality linen. It is very spacious but also has a lovely cosy, warm feel. Perfect for couples. It is based in the lovely quiet village of Rangataua which is only a 5-minute drive to Ohakune township where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. The winter offers fantastic skiing and snowboarding, and summer offers lots of walks, mountain biking and fishing.

Gum Tree Haven

Our place is close to the great Tongariro National Park. It includes Mt Ruapehu for skiing or snow boarding and tramping. Walk the world famous Tongariro Crossing and discover the cycle ways, kayak the Whanganui River and explore the 'Bridge to No Where'. Try trout fishing, a game of golf or visit the Waiouru Army Museum. Enjoy our cosy home with a wood fire whilst taking in the amazing mountain and rural views. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) or small groups.

Waireka Apartment

Waireka Apartment, situated in Ohakune in the Ruapehu District is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment each with a queen size bed, a large lounge with mountain views, kitchen and own spa pool. Spa Pool operates from 10am to 10pm Cleaning on departure is included in the rate. For the benefit of fellow Guests we request quiet time after 10.30pm Special Rates Ask us about our special rates for a stay of 2 nights or more. Rangataua Kowhai Tiny Home

Welcome to the Rangataua Kowhai Tiny Home. Come and enjoy your home away from home. Relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or your favourite glass of wine after a long day on the slopes, biking, walking through our native bushes or horse riding in the local forest. Kowhai Tiny home is a space to relax, get away from the hustle and bustle and wind down. The open plan living allows for intimate interaction while the French doors allow you to move into a cozy outdoor experience.

Kosbys Cottage, Tongariro

Kosbys Cottage, Tongariro provides excellent value for money, offering ample space for families (children over 2 years old) or small groups of friends. A snug retreat during winter, thanks to a very efficient wood-burner (there is no heat pump). The spacious couch is perfect for unwinding, while the well-equipped kitchen, resembling that of a caterer’s, includes an espresso machine and opens out onto a charming patio area with a barbecue, herb garden, and stunning vistas.

Cosy in the Centre of Ohakune

This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of our family home (we live on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is in the middle of Ohakune, halfway between Turoa Junction and Ohakune centre. They're a walks close by, Turoa is 20 minutes drive away and we have a list of walks that are nearby and suit a range of people. Parking is right in front of the apartment as per the photos in the listing. Our house manual also has a list of the best spots in Ohakune to check out.

KUBO : FantailSuite [Self-Contained Hilltop Haven]

Gazing over the Ruapehu plateau is KUBO - our little house on a hill. We offer our bespoke private guest suite called “Fantail Suite”. Enjoy coffee from the lounge at sunrise, relax in bed as the sun sets or stargaze from the deck on a beautiful night. Located between Tongariro and Whanganui National Parks. A short drive to Turoa and Whakapapa ski fields yet outside the ‘busyness’ of ski town Ohakune. Ideal for a couple or a solo adventurer. NO CLEANING FEE.
