Brand new condo, recently furnished with 3 air conditioners and 3 ceiling fans and washer and dryer at an unmatched location. There are two windows in each bedroom to the exterior in the center of Santa Cruz, La Crucecita, Huatulco. From ground level, there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Convenienty located where banks, markets, restaurants and shopping is plentiful. Also, bus/van transportation through ADO and Express Colombos nearby. There is street parking only available.

The condo is very close to Chahue beach and Santa Cruz beach. Downtown Huatulco and La Entrega beach are a short drive away. My wife and I speak both English and Spanish and are readily available to help during your stay. Closest beach Tejon is 15 min walk/5 min drive from condo. Beautiful small beach, we highly recommend.
