Fully fenced backyard & dog friendly. Assortment of games, play-station, dartboard, pool table and DVD's for rainy days.

Penthouse living at its best with panoramic views of the city sea and mountain! Full kitchen open plan lounge/dining area. Mt Taranaki can be viewed from the south decks through to panoramic city and sea views to the north. The master bedroom enjoys the luxury of its own deck and bath. The second bedroom has its own toilet and utilizes the main ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom enjoys its own lounge, balcony area and ensuite. Note:The third bedroom is available when more than 4 pax book.

Situated in the hub of a friendly lively village close walking distance to all amenities; shop, restaurants, cafes, beauty spa, famil pub, surfboard hire, bush walks and hiking, public transport. You’ll love our place because it is close to everything the village has to offer, yet quiet and secluded and only 10mins walk to the beach. There is 1 bedroom plus a pull out queen sofa bed in the lounge.please note this is small for 4 adults.

Our Cottage is cosy, newly refurbished and fully equipped and detailed. With Mangati Walkway just around the corner, a bike ride takes 30 minutes to Fitzroy Beach/Te Rewa Rewa bridge. Please note : -We are 10 minutes drive to the heart of the city. -Please expect traffic noise -Our home is on the same property -Must love cats!

'Listowel' on Tukapa

Listowel is a cosy, little cottage nestled amongst lush tropical flora, and a salt water swimming pool... simply stunning on a hot summers day. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day. Listowel is only a short walk to local shops, parks, New Plymouth CBD, the hospital, our beautiful coastline, and is located in Westown. 🌻 Relax ~ Enjoy ~ Have fun 🌻

Private Sanctuary with Pool, near the beach

You will love the open plan living, kitchen, dining, and lounge area, which flows into another large games room and out onto the pool deck. The days are easy when all you have to do is swim and sit under the shade sail beside the saltwater pool. The barbeque outdoor area is ready for dining and enjoying the quiet evening and sunset. The owner is situated onsite but in their own private studio which is attached to the house. This is a no party, low noise home.

Chill out pad now new self contained

The Accommodation is a 70sq/m area separate from the house. Self-contained own toilet, shower and kitchenette. It has a queen-sized bed. Lots of secure private off-street parking . Only Guests are welcome to use the heated to 27/28 deg indoor swimming pool. Very close to town, a $20 taxi fee will take you to the center of New Plymouth Breakfast is not provided but can be if requested. Upon discussion of food requirements. Please Phone if unavailable.

Devonport Cottage - an historic experience

Devonport Cottage is an early historic, Heritage New Zealand Category 2 listed labourers cottage built circa 1840s. It has been furnished with antiques and complementary furniture. There is a full kitchen including stove, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher and espresso machine. With views of Mt Taranaki, we are in the countryside but just 6 minutes to New Plymouth's restaurants, shops and cafe’s. We are now welcoming long stays.
